    Bloom Research Ltd in Malta is currently looking for a full-time (reduced hours) Market Research Fieldwork Supervisor to complement their team.

    This would be a position perfectly suited to someone who is currently reading a Master's degree and would like to work whilst pursuing his/her studies.


    Job Role:

    The successful candidate would be responsible for the supervision of a team of interviewers to ensure that high-quality telephone interviews take place in an efficient manner, to meet performance criteria and quality standards.


    Responsibilities will include:

    • Supervision of telephone interviewers during a given shift, to ensure the accomplishment of defined interviewing tasks and targets
    • Assist with project scheduling and other specified duties, as required
    • Checking of questionnaires and the management of samples
    • Working to complete quality interviews within a specified timeframe for various projects, when required
    • Contributing to quality management by, for example, monitoring interviewers on shift
    • Enabling the achievement of objectives by liaising with the Research Manager and other staff members.

    For this role, the following are required:

    • A first degree (at minimum)
    • Proficiency, both spoken and written, in English and Maltese
    • Preferably, an A' Level in English or Maltese
    • Previous experience in a supervisory role would be considered an asset
    • The ability to work independently
    • Supervisory/leadership skills and the ability to drive and motivate a team of interviewers
    • Willingness to learn and to take on responsibility
