Malta's leading hospitality and leisure group is expanding its Housekeeping Team and is seeking dedicated professionals across multiple properties and operational levels.


Working within a dynamic, multi-property environment that includes hotels, leisure venues, and premium guest facilities, successful candidates will play a vital role in delivering exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and presentation standards that define our guest experience.

Active Roles

We are currently recruiting for the following Front Office positions:

  • Room Attendants
  • Public Area Attendants
  • Housekeepers
  • Housekeeping Supervisors
  • Laundry Attendants
  • Housekeeping Runners
  • Turn Down Attendants

Applicants may apply for a specific role or be considered for alternative positions based on experience, skills, and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned role, responsibilities may include:
  • Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to established brand standards
  • Replenishing amenities, linens, and guest supplies
  • Maintaining public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and leisure facilities
  • Reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost property promptly
  • Supporting laundry operations including sorting, washing, pressing, and distributing linens
  • Conducting room inspections (supervisory roles) to ensure quality compliance
  • Coordinating with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
  • Following health, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
  • Handling guest requests professionally and efficiently
  • Assisting with deep cleaning projects and seasonal operational tasks


Requirements

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in hospitality, healthcare, corporate, or facility management environments (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles)
  • A strong eye for detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work independently
  • A team-oriented attitude with a professional and respectful approach
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and prolonged standing
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • A basic working knowledge of English (spoken and understood)
  • A positive, can-do attitude and pride in delivering quality work

Supervisory candidates should also demonstrate:
  • Experience leading small teams
  • Quality inspection and reporting skills
  • Basic knowledge of stock control and housekeeping systems
Please be advised that this offer is for a position based in Malta. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering all associated relocation costs, including but not limited to airfare, accommodation, and living expenses.
