Job summary
Join Betsson Group as an Intern Technical Service Officer to assist the Service Desk Manager with tasks and projects. Assist customers individually and deliver service on the right technical level according to business requirements.Responsibilities
- Assisting with troubleshooting and resolution of Incidents and Service Requests related to hardware configuration software application network problems amongst others;- Assisting with making full use of available tools during the diagnosing execution stages of Incidents and Service Requests;
- Assisting with Routing those Incidents and Service Requests that require reassignment to other Service Teams including third-party suppliers;
- Assisting with tracking Incidents and Service Requests to ensure that service levels are met call resolution is achieved within shortest time span possible;
