- Advising clients on all tax related matters which includes both direct and indirect taxation
- Structuring of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate re organisations
- Advising clients in relation to ongoing developments in international tax rules
- Providing advice on personal wealth and involving arrangements such as trusts, foundations and companies
Skill-sets and Requirements - Minimum three years experience in a similar role
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Meticulous with the ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Possess excellent communication and written skills in English
- Possess excellent intrapersonal skills and an ability to build and maintain relationships Education & Experience
- Fully qualified lawyer or accountant
