- Recording and managing daily financial transactions which includes payables and receivables
- Allocating and posting of financial data in an accurate and timely manner
- Processing of invoices, expenses and payment requests
- Reconciling of bank statements and financial discrepancies
- Preparing and assisting in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Assisting with VAT and Tax reporting
- Any other duty which may be required from time to time
Skill-sets and Requirements - Minimum three years working in a similar role
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Meticulous with the ability to work on own initiative
- Hold excellent intrapersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Maltese Education & Experience
- A minimum O level in Accounts in a must. Candidates in the initial stages of ACCA or planning to start ACCA will be given preference
