- Digitalen Plattformen & Online‑Services
- Zahlungen, Konten & Sicherheit
- Spielerverhalten und Kundenpsychologie
- Umgang mit sensiblen und komplexen Fällen
- Zusammenarbeit mit mehreren internen Abteilungen

Du unterstützt Kunden über:
- Chat
- Telefon
- E‑Mail
Du hilfst ihnen bei:
- Fragen zum Konto
- Produkt‑ und Serviceanliegen
- Technischen Situationen
- Allgemeinen Anfragen
Außerdem wirst du:
- Kundenfälle sorgfältig dokumentieren
- Muster und wiederkehrende Probleme erkennen
- Marktfeedback und Kundeninsights weitergeben
- Interne Systeme und Prozesse verbessern helfen
- Eng mit Management und anderen Teams zusammenarbeiten
Requirements
Was dich zum perfekten Match macht
- Fließendes Deutsch (mündlich & schriftlich)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Kundenservice
- Interesse oder Verständnis für die Gaming‑ / Digital‑Entertainment‑Branche
- Bereitschaft, im Schichtsystem zu arbeiten (Wochentage & Wochenenden)
- Du bleibst ruhig, auch wenn es stressig wird
- Du arbeitest gern im Team und in internationalen Umgebungen
Einstellung, Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind entscheidend.
