- Conduct thorough assessments to identify training needs across different departments and levels within the organization
- Design comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to address identified needs
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and presentations both in-person and virtually, ensuring engaging delivery of content
- Develop/implement mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and adjust if needed
- Coordinate logistics for training events
- Stay abreast of advancements in training technology and tools
- Collaborate with department heads, and HR personnel to ensure training programs align with organizational goals
- Provide ongoing support and resources to employees
- Ensure training programs comply with industry regulations, company policies, and relevant standards
- Develop/manage training budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for leadership development and succession planning and designing programs to nurture talent
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance metrics, generating reports when needed
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. Masters degree preferred
- Proven experience in training design, delivery, and evaluation, preferably in a corporate setting
- Minimum 3 years working in a similar role, preferably in a customer service-oriented environment
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to training
- Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on industry trends and best practices
