    Main Duties:

    • Conduct thorough assessments to identify training needs across different departments and levels within the organization
    • Design comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to address identified needs
    • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and presentations both in-person and virtually, ensuring engaging delivery of content
    • Develop/implement mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and adjust if needed
    • Coordinate logistics for training events
    • Stay abreast of advancements in training technology and tools
    • Collaborate with department heads, and HR personnel to ensure training programs align with organizational goals
    • Provide ongoing support and resources to employees
    • Ensure training programs comply with industry regulations, company policies, and relevant standards
    • Develop/manage training budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness
    • Identify opportunities for leadership development and succession planning and designing programs to nurture talent
    • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance metrics, generating reports when needed

    What skills do you need?

    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. Masters degree preferred
    • Proven experience in training design, delivery, and evaluation, preferably in a corporate setting
    • Minimum 3 years working in a similar role, preferably in a customer service-oriented environment
    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to training
    • Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on industry trends and best practices

    Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
