    Description
    As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) you will play a strategic role in shaping the financial direction of the organization. Chosen candidate will be an active participant at the Group's Board meetings and various sub-board committees.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop, implement and monitor financial strategies, plans, budgets and KPIs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to provide insights into business performance and future financial trends.
    • Evaluate and advise on the financial implications of strategic decisions.
    • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the board of directors, executives, and other stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting guidelines.
    • Manage the organization's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring it has the necessary funds to meet operational needs.
    • Oversee investment strategies and capital structure.
    • Optimize capital structure to maximize shareholder value.
    • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the organization's tax position.
    • Ensure compliance with tax and fiscal laws and regulations.
    • Lead and manage the Finance & Accounting team, oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
    • Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Draw up appropriate manuals governing accounting processes and internal controls
    • Provide financial expertise during negotiations and integration processes.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a multi-industry environment.
    • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
    • Excellent understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
    • Effective communicator with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing finance teams.
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
    • Experience in managing finances for a company with operations in multiple industries.
