I am a creator, assessor and optimizer of processes and strategies within a sportsbook with 21 years of experience in managing the most various spheres of the gaming ecosystem:

- Event production: handling the full lifecycle of a sporting event from fixture publishing, backoffice event management, odds compiling, risk management, visualization, in-play betting and customer support;
- Regulatory: authoring, maintaining and interpreting of the Sportsbook Terms and Conditions covering over 60 different sports in 2 non-native languages and approved by all US states and around 50 other jurisdictions worldwide;
- Operational compliance: over 15 years experience in setting up and managing operational requirements as laid out by various worldwide regulators/government agencies;
- Internal audit: monitoring the organization's operational key risks in its commitments to customers and regulators;
- Corporate: legal responsible for the 1st ever bet placed in the US post-PASPA, key licensee in 17 US states, Canada and around 50 other jurisdictions worldwide;
- Office and staff management: Director with legal & judicial responsibility for the corporate operations and General Manager of the organization's headquarters:
- Innovator of novelty markets: Creation and introduction to market of a concept amalgamating sports betting and entertainment, developing it enough to attract attention in mainstream media while expanding the market offering to also include data-driven markets ranging from TV viewership in US broadcast/cable stations, companies' financial performance and share price betting.
